ALTIN ATLAS is a specialized institution dedicated to providing structured, objective, and scientifically grounded evaluations for academic and professional environments.

This did not begin as an idea. It began in the field.
Founded in 2021 by Alev Oğur, North Cyprus Education developed as a structure built on direct engagement with students from different countries, backgrounds, and academic goals.
As the work expanded, it became possible to understand not only outcomes, but how decisions were actually being formed.
1000+
Students Supported
In a short period of time, this engagement gained depth not only in scale, but in insight.
Thousands of students were supported across undergraduate, graduate, and PhD levels. Each came with different expectations, different educational paths, and different long-term goals. Yet beneath that diversity, similar difficulties continued to surface.
What emerged was more than experience. It became a field of information.
Each year, students were met directly across different countries through in-person visits, seminars, one-to-one conversations, and open sessions.
Throughout this process, thousands of students were provided with free consultation.
But the real value of this work was not only in what was shared. It was in what was observed.
Students were not struggling because of a lack of opportunity. What was missing was a structured framework through which individuals could understand themselves in relation to their future. Decisions were often:
Shaped by external influence rather than internal alignment
Made with temporary certainty
Questioned again shortly afterward
This was not individual. It was structural.
The goal was no longer only to support students in making decisions, but to understand why these difficulties were appearing so consistently.
"Why are so many individuals unable to make clear and sustainable decisions about their future?"
The answer pointed to a deeper absence within existing systems.

The available tools were fragmented. Evaluations were often superficial. Most approaches remained too general to be of real use.
There was no structured system capable of analyzing — within a single framework — how individuals think, how they respond under pressure, and how their tendencies connect to different academic and professional directions.
Existing tools either measured too narrowly, focusing on a single trait in isolation, or too broadly, producing results that were difficult to apply in a real context.
This was not an assumption. It was a gap made visible through direct observation across thousands of student interactions.
This platform was developed as a direct response to that gap.
Years of accumulated observations, recurring decision scenarios, and behavioral patterns were studied and transformed into a measurable structure.
The inventories developed through this process are not based on borrowed assumptions or adapted models. They are grounded in real decision environments.
The objective was to build a system through which individuals could understand themselves more clearly and make future decisions on stronger foundations.

Built On
Real experience, not borrowed frameworks.
As a natural extension of this approach, ALTIN ATLAS was later established, also by Alev Oğur, to develop structured evaluation systems on a broader scale.
This expansion reflects a wider commitment — not only to individual decision processes, but also to more comprehensive academic and professional evaluation frameworks.
From field observation to a structured evaluation platform — built on real experience, not borrowed frameworks.

The guiding principles that drive our institution forward.

To deliver objective, multi-dimensional evaluation frameworks that empower individuals to make informed, data-driven decisions about their futures.

To become the global standard in structured human evaluation, fostering a world where talent and capability are perfectly aligned with opportunity.
The fundamental beliefs that shape our culture and our products.

We rely on structured data and standardized frameworks to eliminate bias and provide true comparability.

We handle all evaluations and personal data with the highest level of ethical responsibility and strict confidentiality.

We continuously refine our methodologies to ensure they meet the rigorous demands of modern academic and professional environments.
These values are embedded in every evaluation we conduct and every report we generate.
ALTIN ATLAS operates under strict ethical guidelines. We view assessment as a tool for empowerment and guidance, never as a mechanism for limitation or definitive psychological diagnosis.
Results are treated as dynamic indicators of current tendencies rather than permanent, unchangeable traits.
We adhere to international data privacy regulations, ensuring that all user data is securely stored, anonymized where applicable, and never shared without explicit consent.
Transparency and trust are the cornerstones of our institution.
