7.1. With the completion of the test, the essential part of the service is considered to have been used.
7.2. Therefore, if the user requests withdrawal or refund after the test has been completed, the fee is not refunded as a rule.
7.3. Although the test has been completed, if the report has not yet been delivered, the priority solution is to prepare the report and deliver it to the user.
8.1. The report is prepared based on the test responses and is delivered to or made accessible to the user within a maximum of 3 business days.
8.2. In case there is a problem in preparing, delivering or accessing the report, the following are primarily applied:

9.1. If the user cannot benefit from the test or report service due to a technical error, system failure, access problem or a similar reason caused by the Seller, the following solutions are primarily applied:
